Corelase has released new compact direct diode solution, D-LASE, for selective laser soldering, polymer welding and optical pumping. D-LASE is designed to be easily configurable for your requirements. Compact size, fiber delivery, aiming beam, multiple laser head options and programmable power vs. time profiles enable easy integration and flexibility to your process.

For process control we offer pyrometer and CCD camera as integration options for the laserhead. D-LASE can be configured either as a stand-alone or OEM-style system. We offer RS232 computer interface as a standard feature, but the system can be also equipped with either Profibus or CAN.
